Welcome to Tidying Up Home Solutions Ltd. Before booking or receiving our services, please review the following terms. By using our services, you agree to the policies below.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional home and office organizing services, including in-person sessions, virtual consultations, digital organization, packing/unpacking, move preparation, donation drop-offs, and maintenance plans.

2. Bookings & Appointments
   •    All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
   •    We offer free estimates; duration and scope may vary depending on project needs.
   •    Clients must ensure access to the property and be present (or make arrangements) at the scheduled time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   •    We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
   •    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00 to cover lost time.

4. Payment Terms
   •    Payment is due upon completion of each session unless other arrangements are made in advance.
   •    We accept [Cash, Check, Credit Card with 3.5% transaction fee, Venmo, and Zelle].

5. Client Responsibilities
   •    Clients are responsible for disclosing any safety hazards, sensitive or valuable items in the work area.
   •    We are happy to suggest donations or organizing systems, but all final decisions regarding disposal or placement remain with the client.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information about your space and belongings will remain private unless you give us written permission to share (e.g., for marketing or testimonials).

7. Results & Expectations

We make every effort to provide transformative, supportive organizing services. However, outcomes depend on individual goals, space, and collaboration. No results are guaranteed.

8. Liability

We take great care in your home or office. However, Tidying Up Home Solutions Ltd. is not liable for:
   •    Any pre-existing damage to property or contents
   •    Items discarded or moved at the client’s request
   •    Injury or damage resulting from unsafe environments or materials

Clients are encouraged to review items before donation/removal and to store valuables securely.

9. Photos & Testimonials

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for our portfolio or social media. These will never include personal or identifying details without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
